Pressing C does nothing

The keybind only works while a calculator is in your main hand, your off hand, or an accessory slot. It does not look in the rest of your inventory. Also check Controls for a key conflict with another mod.

Why does 2 + 3 × 4 give 20?

The calculator works from left to right, like a basic pocket calculator. See How it calculates.

Can other players hear my calculator?

No. The tones only play for you.

Does opening the calculator pause the game?

No, not even in singleplayer. Find a safe spot before doing long sums.

Can I turn the sounds off?

Yes. Press the ♪ key under the keypad. It stays muted until you quit the game. See Muting.

Does it work on a server?

Yes. Install the mod on the server and on every client.
